Daniel C Smith, P.E. – Graduated from the University of Houston (BSCE) and from George Washington University - Master of Science Structures & Dynamics 

• Started Daniel C Smith, PE in 1995.
• Designed residential houses, commercial buildings, aluminum dock and marina systems, glulam wood structures, and complex roof truss systems.
• Has evaluated and provided repairs for over 10,000 roof and floor trusses in commercial and residential applications.
• Provided engineering calculations for over 1,000,000 square feet of standing seam metal roofs.
• Designed over 2,700 residential and commercial decks.
• Served as an expert witness in both residential and commercial investigations.
